  • Do I need a developer to implement this?

    Our documentation is pretty easy to follow and if you know basic html you should quite comfortably be able to add it yourself :)

  • Can I use it even if I only have one website?

    Yes! You can have a single or a thousand projects, We cater for all.

  • Will one Action URL work on Multiple forms?

    Yes! You can add the Action URL to as many forms on your website as you wish, the only limitation is the form settings that will remain the same for all forms.

  • Do Agencies get more benefits than me?

    No, Formsparrow has been designed with all user customers in mind, so you can enjoy Formsparrow without limitation.

  • What are credits and how does it work?

    Credit is a pre-paid amount added to your account. When you add your first account on Formsparrow, the system will prompt you to add $5 credit onto your account.

    Once you activate your first project, $1 will be deducted from your $5 credits each month in advance for as long as the project is active.

    When your credit is low, you will be prompted to add more credit to your account to avoid service interruption. You can add any amount of credit to your account.

  • What Payment methods do you offer?

    We currently offer PayPal as our payment method. You are able to pay with your PayPal account or directly with your card via PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal Account.

  • Can I use Fromsparrow for all my clients?

    Yes! We've built Formsparrow with Agencies in mind :) you can add as many Projects in your Account as you wish. You could also bill your clients separately and add a markup. Ka-ching!

  • Is there a way to manage spam messages?

    There are a few spam filters you can easily add to projects in order eliminate spam emails from being received, such as the custom honeypot field and spam words setting per project.

  • Are the emails sent to clients branded?

    Nope :) We send out clean and simple emails without any Formsparrow logo or links, keeping the focus on you and your customers.

  • Can I avoid paying monthly for every account?

    Yes! Simply top-up your account with enough credit to cover the monthly fees as calculated per project in your account. if you have 10 active projects in your account, $50 will be deducted from your credit each month. So by adding $500 credit, your 10 accounts will stay live for 10 months.
